About SA Safety
SA Safety is a trusted leader in the provision of rescue teams, industrial support and specialist training. From our base in Devon we deliver accredited training, confined space rescue teams, rope access teams and support services to the high-risk utilities, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Our specialist City&Guilds and Qualsafe-accredited training is delivered on-site or at our state-of-the-art training centre in South Brent, fitted out in 2025 with all the facilities to train you to the highest industry standards.
At SA Safety people come first. As a values-driven organisation, our clear aim is to support personal and professional growth through skills development, opportunity, and sustained investment. Over 20% of our team are ex-forces and many of them joined through word of mouth, something we’re incredibly proud of. We actively choose to recruit from the armed forces community because your discipline, experience and transferable skills add real strength to our team.
We believe SA Safety offers the ideal opportunity for service leavers to use the skills they have earned in the armed forces to build a new career. With major new contracts starting in 2026, we’re looking to expand our team right now. If you’re transitioning out of the military and want a role with purpose, teamwork and development opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community
We value and welcome the transferable skills and qualifications acquired during military service, and are delighted to collaborate with the Careers Transition Partnership to assist Armed Forces personnel moving into civilian employment. We recognise that the skills aquired during military service are an excellent fit for both contractor and employee roles within our company, aided by our commitment to continuous professional development within a supportive team environment. As such, we actively recruit from the Armed Forces community - over 20% of our team are ex Armed Forces - and offer on-going support and training to aid your transition from military life.
