What we are
Infrastructure, not just a directory.
Troopr brings together jobs, training, housing, finance, wellbeing, legal support and discounts in one verified, independent platform. We are not affiliated with any government body, employer or charity. We exist to serve the community first.
Every organisation on the platform is verified. Every piece of content is built from documented community need. The platform earns trust by being independent — from everyone.
Why Troopr exists
The support was always there. The infrastructure wasn't.
The ONS Veterans' Survey 2022 — covering nearly 29,000 veterans — found the same unmet needs recurring across every cohort: employment, finance, housing, legal rights, health and family support. Over 16,000 organisations have signed the Armed Forces Covenant. More than 2,000 service charities operate across the UK.
The intent and resource exist on both sides. What has never existed is a unified, independent place to connect them.

The founder
Built by someone with a reason to build it.
I grew up as a military child. I moved schools, changed towns, and like most military children I just got on with it. What I didn't realise until much later was that there was an entire world of support, opportunity and community built for people like me. It existed. Nobody told me about it.
Working as Marketing Director at SaluteMyJob, I saw the scale of that problem clearly for the first time. Incredible organisations with real commitment and real budget — and a community that couldn't find them. The intent was there on both sides. What was missing was a single independent place to bring it together.
Troopr is built on the principle that collaboration creates more impact than competition. We are not here to replace the charities, employers and support providers doing brilliant work. We are here to give them — and the community they serve — a shared platform to reach further.
