Contract: Permanent / Full Time / 40hrs a week 08:00 – 16:30

Salary:  £36,025.76 per annum, with a commercial vehicle and great company benefits. There is also potential to earn bonus on top of the salary.

 About the role: 

As a Plumber you will be apart of the Kitchen Refurbishment team and supporting our client on Void and Tenanted properties.

You will be responsible for re-piping all pipework through the kitchen. Removing and refitting appliances, whether that be gas appliances or other kitchen appliances.

Commissioning and de-commissioning, repairing, and maintaining Gas systems and appliances. You will be able to provide our customers with products and services that help them have peace of mind by assisting them to understand how their appliances work and how to manage their energy usage efficiently. 

Key Criteria:

Experience working in the Building Construction/Maintenance Industry.
Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience in Social Housing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand and interpret work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings.
And a full driving licence
CCN1 – Core gas safety domestic
CENWAT – Central heating and water heating appliances
CPA1 – combustion performance analysis
MET1 – Gas meter safety
CKR1 – Domestic cooking appliances
HTR1 - Gas fires
