From G4S to BIT Group, and Haig Housing Trust to Scotty’s Little Soldiers, more than 500 employers across the UK have been officially recognised for their outstanding support to the Armed Forces Community through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This year, over 200 organisations achieved the prestigious Gold Award, while 307 earned the Silver Award – demonstrating not just intent, but action in supporting veterans, reservists, cadet force adult volunteers, and military families in the workplace.
To make it easier for the Armed Forces community to connect with these exceptional employers, Troopr has launched a new filter function, allowing users to search for companies by Gold, Silver or Bronze ERS status. Whether you’re a service leaver, reservist, or military spouse, you can now find employers who truly value your service – in seconds.
Hatty Jackson, Founder of Troopr, said:
"These Gold and Silver winners have shown sustained, genuine commitment to our community. It’s not about ticking boxes – it’s about backing words with action. Our new filter puts power into the hands of veterans, reservists, and families looking for careers where they’ll be understood and supported."
