We are the colleague community for all those in Phoenix Group, who identify with the Military Community; where we can come together as a community, explore, understand and support the military community; Veterans, Reservists, Cadet Adult Volunteers and the immediate family of serving and reservist members of the Armed Forces. The Armed Forces Network exists to help provide support to those connected with the military at Phoenix, whilst also providing all of our colleagues the opportunity to give something back to the armed forces community. Each year we support selected charities affiliated with the military, conducting fundraising and awareness events. Our main activities are focused around: ​​​​​​​Community - supporting and representing the Military Community within Phoenix. The Armed Forces Covenant - Phoenix is a signatory of and we are here to help the business to deliver on the commitments this brings. Recruitment – supporting formally and informally the recruitment of members of the military community into our business Giving back – supporting the military community within and without Phoenix Group, delivering on the Armed Forces Covenant commitment and working with charitable causes that support Armed Forces. We work to help make Phoenix a 'forces-friendly' environment as part of and support to, Phoenix's commitment to being an inclusive employer. We work behind the scenes to help the business understand the real value of employing members of the military community
