About Anxious Minds

Military service can leave an indelible mark on those who serve, one that doesn’t fade when the uniform comes off. For Britain’s Armed Forces Veterans facing the invisible wounds of service, Anxious Minds stands as a beacon of hope and healing.

We understand that military trauma requires specialised care from those who truly comprehend its complexity. That’s why our clinical team delivers expert evidence based treatment specifically designed for veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression and other service-related mental health challenges. This isn’t just treatment – it’s transformation.

Our reach extends across the North East, offering both face-to-face and virtual support to ensure no veteran faces their battles alone. Through intensive, personalised therapeutic approaches, we help veterans reclaim their lives and rediscover their strength. When the weight of service threatens to overwhelm, when families feel the ripple effects of trauma, when the path forward seems unclear, Anxious Minds provides the professional support and compassionate understanding needed to navigate the journey to recovery.

Every veteran deserves the chance to write their next chapter free from the shadows of their service. At Anxious Minds, we’re committed to making that possibility a reality.
