Promoting the Armed Forces: We will recognise the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community by marking key national events and raising awareness within our organisation and networks. Communications, engagement and outreach: We will maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards those connected to the Armed Forces and will engage with Armed Forces community networks where practical. Health: As a therapy and training provider, we will aim to support wellbeing and inclusion for Armed Forces learners or clients through sensitivity, trauma-informed practices, and tailored support where reasonably achievable. Housing: While we do not provide accommodation, we will signpost Armed Forces community members to housing support or advice services where appropriate. Education: We will welcome Armed Forces community learners to our courses, offer flexible learning options where possible, and recognise prior learning or experience through our standard RPL procedures. Civic responsibilities: We support community cohesion and inclusion. Our staff are encouraged to participate in civic activities, and we are open to collaborating with local Armed Forces events or initiatives, subject to availability. Any additional commitment the organisation wishes to make: We will review our commitments annually to ensure they reflect what we can realistically offer. We commit to upholding the spirit of the Covenant and to being a respectful and inclusive organisation for those who serve or have served.
