About TinniSoothe

We are a British company focused solely on tinnitus relief and alleviating the distress it can cause.

TinniSoothe is a neck-worn device that delivers white noise sound-therapy, without inserting anything into the ears. It supports tinnitus relief throughout the day and during the quiet of night-time. Highly configurable, it provides short-term distraction and supports longer-term habituation. It’s designed for comfort, portability and practical 24-hour use.

No Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or hearing aids are required.

Users fine-tune the volume and frequency to just below their tinnitus. The module delivers gentle white noise for distraction - particularly useful in quiet moments when tinnitus can be at its worst. Docked at night, it seamlessly shifts to night-time settings and recharges the battery. The module supports continuous use for up to 48 hours per battery charge.

In 2025, the Combat Stress Centre for Applied Military Health Research ran a feasibility study with veterans, using TinniSoothe devices. The results supported the feasibility and acceptability of TinniSoothe, with 80% of veterans saying they would recommend to family and friends. In addition, a clinical trial was completed in early 2026, with promising results due to be published soon.

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community

We are a forces-friendly British company. We offer 30% off TinniSoothe devices with discount code TROOPR30. The code can be used by active service personnel, military veterans and their immediate family members.

Our "30-30 Commitment" is designed to make tinnitus relief more accessible for both military veterans and those currently serving:

  • Get 30% off your TinniSoothe device with discount code TROOPR30 at tinnisoothe.com
  • Every TinniSoothe purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in trying it

The prevalence of tinnitus is particularly high in the Armed Forces, largely due to occupational loud noise exposure. Tinnitus UK estimates that tinnitus affects one-third of military personnel. We donate on a quarterly basis to the UK's leading military veterans mental health charity, Combat Stress.
