Armed Forces Family Members are able to be registered as Forces Family Members. This tags a specific code to your health record. As a result, NHS staff are more aware of your circunstances. Moreover, if you move to a new GP, they'll also be more aware and accordingly, will be able to continue the best course of whatever treatment you're recieving.

Additionally, children can become registered with a DMS (Defence Medical Service) Practice instead.
