Housing Support Services for Independent Living

Our housing support services aim to assist individuals in finding a stable and secure home, enabling them to live independently. We provide help for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, require support for independent living, have their own tenancy but need assistance, or need support in accessing the appropriate benefits. Humankind is a registered provider of social housing, providing both accommodation and support to promote independent living.

Humankind charity provides a range of services for people with support needs across Teesside and North Yorkshire including residential care, supported living, respite and outreach. Their person-centered approach promotes independence.
