Description
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have someone at the end of a telephone who can provide confidential, non-judgemental, emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, loneliness or isolation and thoughts of self-harm or suicidal ideation. Our crisis helpline is staffed by members of staff and fully trained volunteers who can help support you if you are in crisis or perceive yourself at risk of going into crisis.
