Why we're here

We exist to provide support and training services that prevent and address personal and societal harms caused by gambling. Together we aim to raise awareness, deliver support services and, through education, create more understanding about gambling harm.

How we started

Betknowmore UK was started in 2013 by Frankie Graham, who lived with a gambling addiction for nearly 20 years, prior to successful recovery in 2006.  We have provided a range of award-winning support and training services, designed to address issues of gambling harm.  Our organisation has lived experience of gambling addiction and recovery at its core, and all services are co-produced with the voice of Experts by Experience merging with evidence-based approaches. 

If you need help for your gambling or would just like to talk about it then fill in the form on our website.  We offer a Peer to Peer service which means that you will be able to talk to someone who has been through the same situation and will not judge you.
