Description
The Women's Wellbeing Lab offers three ongoing free places for women in the military community — one at each membership level — for women who are partners or spouses of serving or veteran personnel, female veterans, or former military partners.
The three levels are:
🤍 Essentials — self-paced tools and resources, on your own terms
🤍 Connect and Reflect — self-paced tools plus monthly group reflection sessions
🤍 Guided Growth — everything in Connect and Reflect, plus monthly one-to-one coaching
Places are offered on an ongoing basis. If a place is not currently available at the level you are interested in, get in touch and Elizabeth will let you know when the next place becomes available.

Women's Wellbeing Lab
The Women's Wellbeing Lab, exclusive to Elizabeth Simpson Coaching, is a psychology-informed online membership giving women self-paced tools, resources, and optional coaching support — so they can pause, get clear on what matters, and take steps toward improving how they feel, alongside everything else they are managing.
All coaching support is accessed through the Lab, at the level that feels right for you — from fully self-paced through to monthly group sessions and one-to-one coaching. There is no fixed programme, no rigid schedule, and no requirement to have a significant reason to be there. Wanting to improve how you feel is enough.
The Lab was developed from a background in psychology, counselling, and experience supporting women to move from uncertainty to clarity.
