Are you ready to take the lead in a fast‑paced security operations environment? Our client is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to oversee a small team delivering 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) services across multiple platforms and critical projects. This role offers a great shift pattern, ensuring you regularly have 5 days off and at least 2 weekends off per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of SOC Analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture
• Monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and respond to threats and anomalous activity
• Enhance security controls and contribute to RBAC and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) initiatives
• Support ISO:27001 compliance, governance processes, and audit activities
• Deliver security awareness training and produce clear, insightful reporting for stakeholders

Essential Skills:

• Experience in a SOC or related technical security role
• Strong understanding of SIEM platforms (Elastic SIEM), Cloud technologies, Threat Intelligence, Networking, IDAM, and ITSM policies
• Proven leadership experience within a security or technical operations environment

Desirable:

• Degree in Computing, Cyber Security, or a related discipline
• Certifications such as CISMP or CompTIA Security+
• Familiarity with ISO:27001 and broader governance frameworks
