Schroders invites Female students to our Female in Investment - Public Markets Fast Track Event, designed to give you first-hand insights into life at Schroders and accelerate your route to our highly regarded 2026 Summer Internship Programme.

Fast Track Opportunity: Successful candidates from the event will be fast-tracked to our 2026 Summer Internship Programme assessment centre.

About the Internship

Our 2026 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks starting on the 15th of June, offering hands-on experience across Public Markets teams. You'll be involved in live projects, receive mentoring from industry leaders, and have access to networking, training, and development sessions designed to support your future career.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for proactive, curious, and analytically minded individuals. If you:

• Have a genuine interest in Financial Markets and Public Investment,

• Are in your penultimate year at university (any degree discipline, STEM advantageous),

• A/A* Math at A Level

• Enjoy working with data and digital tools in a fast-paced environment,

• Value collaboration and show clear communication skills,

• Want to learn and grow in a supportive, inclusive workplace,
