We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Content Transformation team, where you will support clients in their Marketing and content agenda and AI transformation, in the intersection of strategy and delivery across a range of industry areas.
You will play a central role in shaping and co-creating new Marketing or Content related global operating models alongside detailed process mapping and use case identification for AI and automation tools.
As a Content Transformation Specialist, we're looking for you to have relevant expertise in Consulting, Strategy and/or Operations within a Marketing context. You'll have the ability to implement and deliver on client strategy in the marketing transformation space (whether through capability mobilisation and/or MarTech delivery)
Ideally with experience of working with some of the following MarTech solutions from a business angle such as: Adobe, Workfront, SalesForce, DAM & CMS tools (including their latest GenAI/AI capabilities)

As a Content Transformation Specialist, you will:
- Contribute to and project manage workstreams as part of larger marketing transformation programmes spanning up front discovery programmes to scaled implementation of new models
- Use and develop leading Accenture Song tools and frameworks to support Operating Model Design, Content Journey Mapping & Process Transformation, Standing up / Optimising Content Production & Operations, Content Intelligence & Optimisation, Content Platform Strategy (e.g. Vendor Analysis)
- Build strong internal networks and relationships, supporting opportunity origination, knowledge sharing and community building through side of desk activities
- Partner with other capability areas across Accenture to deliver end-to-end business & customer transformation
- Build strong and trusted client relationships - supporting account leadership in opportunity identification, growth and new business opportunities
Who will you be?
- You will have gained experience in consulting, strategy and/or marketing transformation role, ideally within a consultancy or Marketing agency environment, with some specialisation in an industry vertical preferred.
- You'll have strategic experience advising clients on how they can reshape their Marketing and/or Content capabilities
- A keen interest in staying abreast of relevant market trends and best practice in digital, AI and Marketing transformation
- Understanding of how people, process and technology reinvention directly contributes to better Marketing outcomes
- Analytical skills and capacity to structure complex and loosely defined problems
- Proven ability to develop and execute transformation roadmaps
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and build trusted client relationships
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Experience in any of the following sectors: Resources (Energy), Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communication, Media, Entertainment and Technology
