Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 16.00pm

Salary: £16,640

What we're looking for

• School leavers who want a practical, hands-on career
• Interest in vehicles, mechanics, or engineering
• Grade C/5 in English and Maths preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills

What you'll be doing

• Working in our Service Department with a dedicated mentor
• Learning how to diagnose and fix vehicle faults
• Starting simple and building up to more complex work
• Learning industry-standard skills you'll use for life
