About the roleJoin us as a Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice and work towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. During the 24 month apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience on the job while also developing practical skills through dedicated college learning.
Working alongside our experienced Multiskilled Engineers, you'll learn the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a confident, capable, and efficient Operative.
This is a busy, physically active role that involves delivering tasks across a range of construction trades, so you'll need good fitness, dexterity, and a willingness to get stuck in.
On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will be able to evidence a wide portfolio of skills and competencies within the Construction trades. There may be an opportunity for continued employment or further training.

About youWe're looking for someone who:
- Holds a grade 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Has experience of using basic tools in a work/educational or home environment
- Is computer literate
- Is friendly, collaborative, and effective communicator and team member
- Is professional, patient and people-first attitude to customer service
- Ability to move, lift and carry equipment and supplies
