Health & Safety Manager / Advisor Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + £6,000 car allowance
A busy construction contractor is looking for a Health & Safety Manager / Advisor to support projects across Northampton and the South. The work is fast-moving, with regular site visits, and the role offers good long-term progression.
Role Responsibilities

• Carry out site audits and inspections
• Support site teams with day-to-day H&S
• Promote safe working across all projects
• Work closely with the H&S Director

• Someone based in the Northamptonshire area
• Happy to travel
• Strong auditing experience
• Practical, motivated, and reliable
• Fully site-based role (not hybrid)
