Development Centre, ensuring coaches uphold the highest standards of
delivery and that a safe, high-quality environment is maintained for all
participants.

Role Summary: To plan and deliver outstanding experiences to
participants in the Foundation's Football programme and initiatives in line
with our DNA, values and behaviours.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
- Experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions and
- programmes
- FA level one award in coaching or similar
- Experience of working with young people in a sports
environment - Ability to manage different groups effectively and safely
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
- Knowledge of how young people learn and develop
- UEFA C certificate in coaching or similar
- Ability to differentiate to meet individual participant needs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- FA First Aid and Safeguarding Qualifications
