Business Masterclass: Identifying Your Leadership Style

X-Forces Enterprise is delighted to extend the training services it offers, within the military community, to a new Masterclass programme focused on Identifying Your Leadership Style.

Think you don't need leadership skills because you don't employ a team? Think again!

As a business leader you must learn to think strategically, with a clear vision of your mission and direction. Strategy is key.

This Masterclass will explain why leadership skills are vital for every businessowner, empowering you to plan, schedule, and get the job done. You will also learn the importance of self-discipline, self-awareness, and self-understanding.

Hosts & Facilitators

The Masterclass will be hosted by Cynthia Moore.

Cynthia is a certified Executive & Leadership Coach and Strategy Consultant. Working with Professionals, Corporate Leaders and SME's, Cynthia helps her clients grow their business through executive coaching, actionable strategies and leadership development.

With over 20 years of experience, including working in global STEM organisations, managing large Business Change Programmes, as well as running her own business, Cynthia has learnt about leadership and organisational excellence from different perspectives. She now brings that wealth of experience to her work as a coach and consultant.

This Masterclass will be facilitated by Roger Cawte

Roger has over twenty years of business experience working with various SMEs as either owner, director, employee, or independent advisor. He has a real passion for enterprise and has been supporting new businesses for more than two decades. Most recently he has been supporting service leavers with business training and advice and has developed a true empathy and understanding of those going through the research and planning stages.

How to connect?

In order to participate on this virtual masterclass, you will need a personal laptop or tablet with webcam and microphone enabled, and a stable broadband connection with at least 2Mbps spare bandwidth and a fixed, quiet environment. The masterclass will be hosted using Zoom, and you can join via most browsers, or use the Zoom app.

You will be emailed further information nearer the time, including how to get online and join the virtual workshop for free.

If the link doesn’t work for any reason, please try joining by inserting Meeting ID and Passcode above. Please add your full name, then you will be let in the waiting room, and someone will let you in. We highly recommend downloading Zoom app to your phone, or laptop desktop prior to the event.
