Combat2Coffee CIC and HMP/YOI Hollesley Bay have entered a joint social enterprise partnership in creating a coffee shop and Roastery to support residents, staff the local and wider community.

The traditional Roastery allows the project to teach the traditional values of roasting. at present our beans are direct trade from Cal's Coffee allowing the Cal's Family to earn 2.5x more for their coffee.

The Roasting team consisting of 6 residents 2 of these are veterans of the Armed Forces roasts coffee on a daily basis. The end to end production line enables the team to roast, design pack and post all products.

Combat 2 Coffee offers employment support to veterans and military spouses through on-the-job barista training at their ethical coffee shop in Ipswich.
