We offer FREE training courses on gambling harms for professionals supporting the armed forces community and for anyone interested in finding out more about this very hidden addiction.  The Bet You Can Help Now Level 1 training is a 90-minute educational offer including specific content on why the armed forces are at risk of gambling harms, alongside examining how gambling can impact the brain, the risk factors associated with this issue, how to identify harms in serving personnel and vetersn and the help/specialist support available.

 

Betknowmore UK offer both the free, 90-minute online session and also a full day Level 2 award, accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health to any organisations or individuals interested.

How we started

Betknowmore UK was started in 2013 by Frankie Graham, who lived with a gambling addiction for nearly 20 years, prior to successful recovery in 2006.  We have provided a range of award-winning support and training services, designed to address issues of gambling harm.  Our organisation has lived experience of gambling addiction and recovery at its core, and all services are co-produced with the voice of Experts by Experience merging with evidence-based approaches.
