Description
We understand the pressure many are under right now.
With utility bills and the cost of living continuing to rise, it’s no surprise that so many are feeling the strain. At M.A.S.H., we know how tough it can be — and we’re here to help where we can.
We’ve teamed up with Trojan Wellbeing and Utilities Warehouse to offer a FREE Bill Health Check — giving you a clearer picture of where savings might be possible and helping you feel more in control of your monthly costs.
This service doesn’t replace advice or support from organisations — but it can offer an extra layer of independent confidential support in understanding and managing your bills.

About M.A.S.H. (Military Assistance Social Hub)
M.A.S.H is a volunteer-led charity based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces community — including veterans, serving personnel, and their families. With no paid staff, our work is driven purely by commitment, care, and respect for those who serve and have served.
We tackle isolation and its impact on mental and physical well-being through weekly support hubs in Bridlington, Beverley, Leven, and Normandy Barracks. These friendly spaces offer social engagement, tailored well-being activities, and crisis support, helping individuals feel seen, valued, and connected.
M.A.S.H offers immediate help when needed, along with ongoing signposting and referrals to longer-term services. We don’t just hand people off — we stay involved for as long as necessary, providing full wrap-around care and ensuring every individual gets the support they need.
Our services go beyond support — we actively build community and encourage peer connections. Whether it’s a warm drink, a shared activity, or a listening ear, every interaction at M.A.S.H helps create a stronger, more connected Armed Forces community.
We are proud to stand by our Armed Forces heroes — past and present — ensuring they are never alone. One conversation at a time, we’re breaking down isolation and making a difference.
