Key Responsibilities:
 🔹Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of administrators and paraplanners
 🔹Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and mentor team members to excel in their roles
 🔹Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth workflow, high efficiency, and quality service delivery
 🔹Compliance & Governance: Maintain FCA compliance, conduct AML checks, and oversee regulatory changes
 🔹Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor caseloads, and ensure best practices are followed
 🔹Paraplanning & Support: Assist with research, financial strategies, and client reporting
 

What We’re Looking For:
 ✅ Experience in practice management, financial services operations, or paraplanning
 ✅ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
 ✅ Ability to coach and motivate teams for high performance
 ✅ Knowledge of financial products, compliance, and client service best practices
 ✅ Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo Transact, Aviva, and AJ Bell is a plus
 

Desirable Qualifications:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
