Description
We provide a program to support the well-being and re-integration of ex-military veterans in our local community. Ex-military veterans face higher unemployment, homelessness, and mental health challenges. Our program includes counseling, support groups, advice, peer mentorship, and more. It consists of four phases: Access and Engagement, Skills Building, Re-Integration, and Aftercare and Relapse Prevention. We also offer services like family support, health and wellbeing, employment support, and a therapeutic choir to help veterans reintegrate into the community. Frequently Asked Questions Who can access the programme? Any Ex-Military Veteran living in the Boroughs of Merton, Wandsworth, Richmond, Kingston, and Sutton, aged 18 years old or over.
How can the programme be accessed? We maintain an easy and straightforward referral process. While any professional can contact CDARS for a referral, anyone who feels at risk can call the service directly.
