The Military 2 Rail programme is an intensive six-week development initiative designed to support military personnel in transitioning into the rail industry and building a rewarding career beyond their military service. The training will take place at our Rail Infrastructure business unit's office in Chippenham and will encompass railway-specific competencies along with specialised training tailored to the chosen discipline.
