Humankind Housing: Providing Accommodation in England

We provide intensive housing management and tenancy sustainment services to support independent living. Most properties are offered on a short-term basis with the requirement to engage in support as a condition. Some exceptions exist for non-supported tenancies. We can assist if you're willing to engage in tenancy sustainment support, need support from third-party organisations, are 18 or older (16-17 with a guarantor), and have specific needs related to various issues. Our services are available in several locations, including Barnsley, County Durham, Darlington, Hull, Bradford, Scarborough, and Stafford, each with specific criteria. You can provide feedback and access our annual report. We conduct self-assessments annually against the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code.

Humankind charity provides a range of services for people with support needs across Teesside and North Yorkshire including residential care, supported living, respite and outreach. Their person-centered approach promotes independence.
