Description
Community Engagement Workers are part of a program operated by The Fund, covering the East and South East of England, with remote support available for members of the RAF Family living elsewhere. They aim to combat loneliness, which can lead to health issues, by helping individuals re-connect with their local communities. This assistance includes practical support, financial aid, and companionship for various situations. The program operates in nine counties and offers social activities, telephone friendship groups, and befriending services for those unable to participate in-person. To access these services, one can call or use the online referral form.
