Our training facilitators have a wealth of experience leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments coupled with a deep knowledge of the disruptions and challenges that complex organisations face. United in an understanding of the importance of leadership and teamwork, we empower people and equip the individual, team, and organisation to excel.
We utilise a number of veterans from diverse backgrounds to deliver a number of bespoke offerings based on the needs of the organisation, ranging around our unique methodology of Self, Team & Team of Teams. As well as programmes for Trainees, Graduates, Aspiring Leaders, Junior Leaders and Senior Leaders we also create courses for all levels around leadership as well as a Veteran specific educational piece around assisting them with their transition from the Military to the civilian sector. On top of this we work with organisations around behavioural safety, human factors and bring groups together for fun and engaging team days and psychometric profiling.
As a military inspired leadership and team development training company, we thrive on the use of handpicked military veterans to share their experiences and provide engaging, experiential learning for delegates across all levels. We support veterans through resettlement and after their exit by providing opportunities to share their experiences with clients from a variety of sectors. We also run a Veteran Engagement Training (VET) course to enhance the awareness of their own biases and behaviours in teams as well as highlight all the brilliance they hold from their military careers.
We as a company also support military charities and are partnered with the amazing Turn To Starboard, as well as support through collaboration with several strategic partners, military families, spouses and cadet movements. We are committed to doing what we can to support the armed forces community anyway possible, enhanced by meeting the requirements of the Gold Level of the Defence Employer Recognition scheme this year.
