Our Leadership Development Programmes and courses are specifically designed to enhance and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels based on your requirements. Programmes are tailored to your requirements and are built around our methodology of Self, Teams and Team of Teams. Each organisation is different, and we spend dedicated time understanding it before offering a bespoke learning solution. These solutions are tailored to each organisation and their needs, factoring in seniority, budget, longevity and the strategic aims and values of the business. Courses are delivered across the UK by a team of engaging and experienced ex-military facilitators, using their experience of high-performance leadership, teams and resilience from the military. These experiences, blended with contemporary leadership thinking and psychometrics, are delivered in an engaging, experiential manner to enhance the learning of each attendee.

Our training facilitators have a wealth of experience leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments coupled with a deep knowledge of the disruptions and challenges that complex organisations face. We utilise a number of veterans from diverse backgrounds to deliver a number of bespoke offerings based on the needs of the organisation, ranging around our unique methodology of Self, Team & Team of Teams. As well as programmes for Trainees, Graduates, Aspiring Leaders, Junior Leaders and Senior Leaders we also create courses for all levels around leadership as well as a Veteran specific educational piece around assisting them with their transition from the Military to the civilian sector. On top of this we work with organisations around behavioural safety, human factors and bring groups together for fun and engaging team days and psychometric profiling.
