Description
Paralegal | Real Estate
Passionate about property law and eager to work on major commercial deals? Be part of a team at the forefront of the real estate sector.
We're looking for a talented paralegal to join our market-leading Commercial Real Estate team in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, supporting complex and high-value transactions across Scotland.
You'll play a key role in delivering seamless support on a wide range of deals - from acquisitions and disposals to development, investment, and commercial leasing. You'll manage your own caseload under supervision and get involved at every stage of the transaction lifecycle, including client onboarding, due diligence, completion, and post-completion.
We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail-focused, and confident working independently. You'll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A natural problem-solver, you'll look for smarter ways to get things done and won't hesitate to take initiative. Previous experience in a commercial real estate paralegal position, with a minimum of one year required.
In return, you'll join a respected team with a strong reputation and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. If you're ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced, supportive environment - we'd love to hear from you.
