The Role:

At Troopr, we’re on a mission to become the go-to platform for the UK Armed Forces community — helping veterans, serving personnel, reservists, and their families find the jobs, services, events, and support they deserve. We’re growing fast and are looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious Sales Lead to help us take Troopr to the next level.

This is a big opportunity to shape our sales strategy, own our revenue growth, and make a real impact in the lives of 3M+ people in the Armed Forces community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver Troopr’s sales strategy to hit ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across content packages, promoted opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers at major brands and employers.
  • Set up scalable processes for outreach, pitching, and account growth.
  • Work closely with our founder, marketing, and partnerships team to maximise results.
  • Keep a close eye on performance and report back with insights and forecasts.

Who you are:

  • A passionate B2B sales professional with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Love pitching and building relationships.
  • A highly organised self-starter with outstanding relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • You have a genuine passion for supporting the Armed Forces community and ideally some understanding of the challenges faced by them.
