Description
Come and meet our friendly armed forces community team at the Hope Cafe Romford between 11:00 and 13:00 on Thursday 16th April. If you are having problems which are affecting your wellbeing please come and talk with us. We can offer advice, referrals to services, and signposting to other sources of help.

About Mind Havering, Barking & Dagenham
We are the local Mind covering the boroughs of Havering and Barking & Dagenham.
We offer a range of services to support people experiencing problems with mental health and wellbeing and those who are closest to them.
- Members of the armed forces community (more details below)
- Mums with children under 3 in Barking & Dagenham
- One-to-one wellbeing session for 17 to 25 year olds who are having difficulties
- People experiencing health problems while homeless (Barking & Dagenham only)
- One-to-one counselling (there is a waiting list for these)
- One-to-one phone support via our Supported Self-Help programme (covers: menopause, anger management, depression, anxiety, loneliness, self-esteem, stress, and grief & loss)
- Safe Connections suicide prevention service
