This role will be on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
P&L reviews & cost management
Fee forecasting, revenue & accrual management
Budget & Forecast preparation
Oversee disbursements processes
Managing finances for Turnkey
Line managing finance administrators
Labour allocations & salary sheet reviews
Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships with stakeholders and client's team.
Manage and initiate change driving, and driven by, growth.
Build and develop high level relationships across the regions.
Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility. Represent the business.
Person Specification
Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with senior management
Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Technical accounting, system & excel skills plus fee forecasting background preferred
Willingness to travel across the UK as required by the nature of the role
Ideally, but not essential, a part-qualified accountant
Track record of achieving results through others, desirable
Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making
Very strong communication skills
Qualifications
Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level or degree (or equivalent), desirable
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
