Job Title: Wealth Management Product Marketing Manager
Department: CCO

Contract Type: 6 month FTC
Reporting to: Michael Alabaster
The Role
This role focuses on developing and executing client and prospect driven communications for the RIM business. The role collaborates across teams to deliver engaging and Direct Marketing focused content that communicates and sells our brand values, our products and service and helps to drives growth.
Outcomes of the Role
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for RIM products and services that align with the overall business goals and needs.
- Drive product growth through tailored communications and initiatives that enhance visibility and adoption across target segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development distribution, and client services, to ensure cohesive product messaging.
- Deliver engaging marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations that communicate product value clearly.
- Optimise marketing performance through data-driven decision-making and ongoing adjustments to campaigns and tactics.
- Increase product awareness and understanding among potential clients, driving higher conversion rates and customer retention.
- Manage the full product marketing lifecycle from launch to continuous optimisation, ensuring sustained product success in the market.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and differentiate products in a crowded marketplace.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in product marketing, ideally within the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including content creation, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex marketing initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling product messaging.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adjust strategies and optimise performance
- Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM
- Degree in Marketing, business or related field
