Do you want to make a positive difference to vulnerable people's lives? Are you empathetic to the needs of vulnerable people? Are you good at communicating with a wide range of different people? If so this could be the role for you!

As a Client Affairs Case Worker (CASO) you will be part of a team that supports vulnerable adults who receive care and support through ESCC's, Adult Social Care service and who lack mental capacity to manage their finances and property themselves, by taking on the responsibility by way of Department for Work and Pensions Appointeeship or Court of Protection Deputyship. The role of the CASO is to support the team to manage clients' financial affairs. You will deal with queries via post, email and telephone calls. You will support the team to review clients' finances, including benefits and income applications, payment of bills and expenses. You will work with your team members and professionals from other Adult Social Care teams and external organisations, to make sure clients are receiving the best service.

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have excellent communication skills
- Are organised, self-motivated and proactive
- Have a good level of numeracy
- Are a Team player
