Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support to the MD's across a variety of business tasks. Your focus will be on the smooth running of their professional lives. You will work confidentially, flexibly and autonomously; with the ability to negotiate and work with the Senior team across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 'day to day' assistance and support to the MD's; coordinating correspondence, proactive/accurate management of diaries and monitoring meeting actions
- Organise and attend Directors Meetings, to include preparation of agendas and other documentation to support these meetings
- Provide administrative support in the submission of expenses etc.
- Support in the organisation of company and client meetings / events both on and offsite
- Own all travel management; coordinating and booking travel requirements to include trains, flights, cars, and accommodation
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment
