Security Technician / Monitoring Operator

Location Bracknell

This role is shift based

Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a Security Operator you will contribute to this by providing active cyber security monitoring of the network and management infrastructure.

Your role will involve monitoring the core infrastructure of a large network in order to detect and highlight potential cyber security breaches. Working as part of an on-site 24x7 shift team under the supervision of a Tier 1 Cyber Security Analyst, you will contribute to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customer's services by responding to security alarms, determining the cause, and escalating accordingly.

Your transferable skills and experience:

  • Interest in a career in cyber security.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Respect for process.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Some technical skills in an enterprise IT area (e.g. networking, servers).

You must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance for this position.
