What we need now is a right-hand leader to help turn vision into execution and scale the business.

The role

You’ll work side by side with the Founder, acting as a Chief of Staff across operations, growth and client success. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in content-led, audience-first businesses, with the potential for growth as the business scales and a commercial mindset.

What you’ll do

• Turn strategy into clear plans and their execution
• Own operational delivery across content, marketing and client campaigns
• Lead client success and ensure partners see real value
• Coordinate a small internal team and external agencies
• Bring focus, prioritisation and follow-through
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the Founder
