Here at Halo, we're on a mission to:

Motivated by the tragedy of the Manchester Arena bombing to ensure that all responding agencies are as well connected to the flow of communications as possible, to help mitigate against major incidents with the 'World's most intelligent Incident, Safety and Operations management platform'
That's our waffley way of saying we thought spreadsheets, whatsapp's and radio channels were [rubbish / insert own expletive here] and we went out and invented a website and mobile-app combo that genuinely does save time, save money and save lives.
Right now, we're a team of 13. Covering technical, sales, customer service, finance and marketing. We've got ambitions to triple that, worldwide, over the next five years. But until then, we're running around with our hair on fire (our CEO has no hair left) and we need to make sure things don't slip through the gaps.
Things like, late invoices going out from us, invoices going out that don't get paid, e-mails that get missed, trains/flights/hotels that we forget to book, clients that need on-line support or booking on-site support for visits, meeting minutes, board pack creation and a whole range of really important admin that we're just drowning in.
This will be, without doubt, an incredibly important, pivotal, role for our business. An 'enabler' - like the mechanic that keeps the pilot in the air, nothing works without that person and this is that kind of role.
Change the job title if you want, do it from Derbyshire or the Desert, London or Libya, we don't care so long as it gets done.
We're looking for anyone with super high levels of organisation, a sense of humour and humility (no task is too small or too overwhelming), willing to learn new tricks etc.
We're happy for this to be full-time if you need full-time work, but likewise we're happy for you to start at 10am and finish at 2pm each day so you can fit in school runs and yoga classes!!
