Job summary
The Activities Coordinator role at Aria Healthcare's Miranda House in Swindon, Wiltshire is a 35-hour per week position that involves planning and delivering engaging activities to residents in a 65-bed residential and nursing home. Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse program of activities that cater to the interests and needs of the residents. This includes organising group events, one-to-one sessions, and outings that promote physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing. You will work closely with the care team to ensure each resident has the opportunity to participate and thrive. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for improving the quality of life for older adults are essential for this role.
