We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Service Manager in delivering our excellent Supported Living services for adults with a learning disability across East Sussex.
The post holder would have Line Management responsibility for the Team Leaders in each service, supporting them in the direct delivery of Care and Support for the tenants living in these settings. Including assessing potential tenants, ensuring high quality support planning, managing HR issues and keeping the service within budget. Reporting to, and working with, the Registered Service Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the service continues to flourish.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have Management experience
- Have knowledge and experience of registered services
- Have experience in social care
- Have a calm and personable disposition
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
