Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a real impact in a forward-thinking public sector organisation? Join our Transformation and Improvement team at County Hall and help shape the future of services across Lancashire County Council.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Translate business issues into effective improvement projects and programmes that deliver measurable benefits.
- Lead and deliver strategic improvement and change activities across functional disciplines and cross-business processes.
- Analyse and document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion service redesign and embed a business improvement culture across the organisation.
- Work closely with senior leaders, operational staff, and stakeholders to influence and implement sustainable change.
What we're looking for:
- Degree-level education in a relevant field and professional accreditation in Business Analysis or similar.
- Experience in business or service analysis, including process mapping and redesign.
- Strong knowledge of business improvement techniques and change management approaches.
- Excellent analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences.
