We are currently recruiting for a Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying a predictive approach to change management, with the aim of minimizing the risk of service disruption. The scope of this role in service management is to ensure management of the Capgemini account function is achieved. You will collaborate with stakeholders and our extensive high-profile client network to forecast future needs, address capacity constraints, and enhance performance through change management.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

Your role
• Drive actions that increase the percentage of changes that are implemented correctly first time and escalate any changes which are damaging the quality of the service.
• Ensure that change implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt and all changes are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the change requester.
• Ensure all changes comply with client and customer/regulatory controls and agreed Request for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Change Control System.
• Organize Change Advisory Board Meetings (CAB), ensure agenda and papers are issued to participants in good time and review, monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of changes to all relevant parties.
Your skills and experience
• Expect major part of experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management.
• Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential. Previous experience strongly desirable.
• ITIL certification.
• A self -starter possess good interpersonal and communication, judgement and work well with the teams.
• Knowledge of the use of Service now.
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
