Sales Executive

Troopr is an opportunities marketplace platform designed to connect members of the UK Armed Forces community to 'Forces Friendly' organisations and the opportunities they offer. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team at Troopr. If you love fast-paced sales, enjoy building relationships, know something about selling advertising and want to be part of a mission-led business, this could be perfect for you.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Sales and a growing team to drive quick-win revenue from promoted opportunities, content packages, and media partnerships. This is a great role for someone who’s confident selling digital marketing, advertising, or sponsorship packages and thrives in a target-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prospect, pitch, and close deals quickly with SMEs and Forces-friendly brands.
• Convert inbound leads into happy, paying clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align offers and campaigns.
• Manage your pipeline and keep accurate sales tracking.
• Support the Head of Sales on bigger partnership pitches and renewals.

Salary: £28k–£35k base + commission (OTE £40k–£48k)
