The Warrior Evolution Programme is a structured, results driven coaching system created to help veterans rebuild strength, confidence and identity after service. Built around the proven Four Pillars of Strength – Physical Strength, Mental Resilience, Nutritional Foundation and Community & Support it delivers a clear, sustainable route back to health, energy and performance.

Leaving the Forces can often mean losing the structure, discipline and standards that once defined you. Many veterans find themselves physically capable but disconnected from who they were, unsure where to start and lacking direction. The Warrior Evolution Programme provides the framework to take control again, restore physical capability and regain the mental resilience and self belief that military life once demanded.

Programme Tiers

Foundation Tier

Specifically designed for the veteran community, the Foundation Tier is a cost effective monthly coaching programme focused on rebuilding physical strength, improving weight management, restoring mobility and preventing long term health issues such as metabolic or degenerative disease. It provides full support, structured training and nutritional guidance within a community that understands your standards, your mindset and your drive to improve.

Standard and Elite Tiers

For those wanting to go further, the Standard and Elite tiers deliver advanced coaching and measurable results through personalised training, nutrition and resilience strategies. These tiers are ideal for veterans or professionals who want one to one guidance, accountability and data led progress tracking to achieve peak performance.

What Makes It Different?

Veteran Led and Experience Driven – Founded by former Royal Marines Commando Ollie Osborne, who understands the challenges of injury, recovery and rebuilding life after service.

Multidisciplinary Expertise – Supported by Resilience Coach, former UKSF Jamie Turnbull, Nutritional Therapist Hazel Davies and Leadership Coach, former England Rugby player Don Armand, the wider team brings expertise in resilience, nutrition, leadership, behaviour change, women’s health and long term wellbeing.

About Warrior Wellness Movement

 

Warrior Wellness Movement was founded by former Royal Marines Commando Ollie Osborne to help veterans rebuild their strength, health and identity after service. It is a structured, results driven system built for those who once operated at the highest level but now want to restore the standards, discipline and capability they once lived by.

Many veterans leave the Forces physically capable but later face declining health, poor habits, loss of direction and reduced confidence. Warrior Wellness Movement exists to reverse that decline and restore the performance mindset that defines the military community.

The coaching framework is built around Four Pillars of Strength:
Physical Strength, Mental Resilience, Nutritional Foundation, and Community and Support.
Together they create a clear, measurable route back to lasting health, energy and purpose.

At the centre of this is the Foundation Tier, a monthly subscription programme designed to rebuild physical strength, improve functional fitness, support weight management, enhance bone and joint health, and prevent degenerative disease. It is cost effective, fully supported and provides structured coaching with the accountability and camaraderie familiar to those who have served.

This approach is not about quick fixes. It is about restoring performance through structured coaching, real world nutrition, resilience development and expert guidance from a multidisciplinary team including a Resilience Coach and a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s health.
