Who can join as an associate member? Anybody who doesn't fit the criteria on our website can join as an associate member, but access is restricted to certain services. Associate membership is £5 per year for UK residents, or £10 for overseas.

Counselling Our welfare staff are trained in Counselling Listening Skills and for actual counselling sessions we can make referrals to a specialist counselling service.

Freephone Helpline The 0800 Freephone number is available to our members at no cost to them. It is available during office hours where they will be able to speak to a member of staff who can assist them with their queries.

Facebook Group With 1000’s of members, the NGVFA group has many people using it as a hub to stay in touch all year round.

Claims & Tribunals A highly skilled team provide advice and representation for benefits, war pensions, and AFCS claims and tribunals.
