This confidential listening and counselling service offered by RAF Benevolent Fund provides support to individuals dealing with various issues, such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and loneliness.Support is available for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, low self-esteem, loneliness, sleep problems, caring for a loved one, bereavement, and problem gambling. The service includes a dedicated helpline, therapy sessions through partner organisations, and free membership to the Headspace mindfulness tool. Additional support is available for children and young people, as well as relationship support. Testimonials from individuals who have used the service are also provided. There are many ways the RAF Benevolent Fund can support you and your family. We always aim to provide a tailor-made approach to each individual situation ensuring you get the best support when you need it. In 2022 we supported over 40,700 veterans, serving personnel and their families. 13,800 were supported with their emotional wellbeing and more than 6,900 were supported financially.
