Engineering & Fleet Workshop Manager (287jc) – Leicester - £50 – 60k + Benefits

This is a leadership role well suited to a former SNCO, Warrant Officer or Officer with experience in engineering management, ideally coming from a REME LAD background, or someone who has managed an HGV workshop in a civilian sector.

As Engineering & Fleet Workshop Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, readiness and compliance of engineering and fleet maintenance activities. You will lead a multi-skilled team, ensure assets are safe, available and legally compliant, and drive discipline, standards and continuous improvement across the workshop and field engineering functions.

In return they are offering a starting salary circa £50 – 60k depending on skills and experience, annual leave is 33 days which includes bank holidays, laptop and company phone provided. And finally, there is also enhanced maternity and paternity and for the manager its two weeks company sick pay
